Chartwell Cherokee Project Graduation Event
** PLEASE READ - IMPORTANT INFORMATION **
The event takes place the evening of the commencement ceremony.
The event will be held at Chartwell Swim Club the night of graduation from 10pm until 2am.
If the graduation ceremony takes place and inclement weather begins after the ceremony, the event will be relocated to The Blue Barn from 10pm to 2am.
Graduates must check in no later than 11:00 pm.
No matches, cigarettes, lighters, vapes or water bottles allowed.
All bags will be checked at the time of entry. Identification of alcohol, weapons and/or illegal substances will be subject to response from local law enforcement and result in immediate expulsion from the premises.
Once on premises, attendees are unable to leave the event prior to 1am. In the event of an emergency, attendees may leave only if accompanied by a parent or guardian with valid ID.

IMPLIED MEDIA CONSENT- It is essential that students 18+ years old or the parent/guardian of students under 18 years old (referred to as “You/Your”) read the following statements carefully.
Chartwell Cherokee Project Graduation (Project Graduation) will use photos, images, video, audio, creative works and/or personal identification with Your implied permission. The use of photographic images on the Internet and video, audio and creative work(s) of students is for the purpose of sharing student achievement, celebrating educational achievement with the community, and for communicating information to schools, parents and other groups. Photographs, video, audio and creative work(s) of students may be submitted to both the print and electronic media. Photographs, video, audio and/or creative work(s) of Project Graduation are submitted to its website, print and electronic publications and/or video sharing and social media services (e.g. YouTube, Facebook, etc.). There are potential dangers associated with the posting of personally identifiable information on a web site since global access to the Internet does not allow Project Graduation to control who may access such information.
Project Graduation will not release any personally identifiable information upon notification from You of your intent to rescind the implied permission.
If you wish to rescind this agreement, you may do so in writing by sending a letter to be received no later than
June 1,2024 to:

If implied permission is rescinded, it is the responsibility of the rescinding party to refrain from being photographed during the Project Graduation event(s).
